Mrs. Aimtonga Amani is a seasoned Strategic Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Advisor with over twenty-two years of African experience. She has effectively supported governments, multilateral donors, and regional platforms, leading the development of MEL frameworks, knowledge systems, and data strategies for informed decision-making. Aimtonga has trained over 3,600 MEL practitioners and assisted more than 260 institutions in improving their research and MEL capabilities, providing advisory services to entities like USAID, UNDP, and the World Bank.
